Eleena de Lisser, Managing Partner

Eleena is the founder of EMD Investments, a Philadelphia-based real estate investment company. A former investor in condominiums in Atlanta and Brooklyn, she is now focused on uncovering investment opportunities in apartment communities in Southeastern Pennsylvania. 

Eleena is a Director of Marketing Communications at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a former reporter for the Wall Street Journal. A graduate of both the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University, Eleena is a creative strategist and problem solver who brings a keen business insight and extensive experience as a marketer to real estate investing. 

Joe Fairless, Principal Advisor

Joe is the founder of a New York City-based real estate investment company that controls over $7,000,000 in multifamily assets.  He specializes in acquisitions in emerging markets across the United States.  Joe also sits on various advisory board committees aiding in the acquisition of millions of dollars of multifamily properties each year.
